This program helps dancers:
- Build core strength to improve turnout in both working and supporting legs when dancing
- Improve body alignment to eliminate twisting or dipping hips when turning out
- Boost hip flexibility to maximize turnout capability
- Build upper body strength for steadier posture and arm positions
- Gain the strength and confidence to stand out on stage with grace and power
This 9-week program includes:
- 2, 1:1 training sessions (30 minutes each) for personalized support and motivation
- Fit for Reel App with both written workouts (video demos included) and full pre-recorded workouts to follow along
- Over 55 targeted strength and flexibility exercises to develop dancers' core control and turnout
- Weekly email check-in for support, accountability and motivation
This program is ideal for dancers who are:
- Committed to putting in the work and consistency of the workouts each week for 9 weeks
- Able to commit to doing 3 workouts each week (you can pick the days you do your workouts on your own) - workouts should take 30-45 minutes each time
- Approved by their dance teacher to participate in this program
