1) NEW Turnout Workshop: Exercise Tips & Technques - Sunday, Feb. 22nd @1-2pm EST

Turnout isn’t just about getting it...it’s about keeping it strong from the first step to the final bow. This one-hour workshop is designed for highland dancers, teachers, and parents who want to build real, functional turnout — without twisting hips, forcing positions, or sacrificing long-term hip health. You’ll learn the best exercises and unique training tips to help dancers:

  • Build the specific strength needed to support turnout

  • Improve stability and control so turnout doesn’t disappear halfway through a dance

  • Understand how range of motion, muscular strength, and body alignment all work together

We’ll break down how to teach and train turnout properly so dancers can develop strong, stable, and healthy hips, helping to reduce injury risk while improving performance.

Bonus: These exercises are practical, dance-specific, and easy to integrate into warm-ups or conditioning routines.

👉 Bring a looped resistance band — you’ll want it for this class!

2) Metabolic Mash-up workouts meet every Wednesday!
*Classes @10am EST via Zoom

Boost your metabolism and ignite your fitness with this dynamic, results-driven workout! Each session blends strength training, power moves, and high-energy intervals to keep your body burning calories long after you’re done. We’ll use dumbbells to crank up the intensity for a total-body challenge every week, with both high- and low-impact options plus progressions so every fitness level can succeed.

Can’t make it live? No problem—your ticket includes access to the class recording so you can sweat it out on your own time.
