- Classes held on Wednesdays at 10am EDT
Rev up your metabolism and jump start your fitness with this novel workout. Targeting strength, power, and interval moves, the calories will keep on burning...even after the workout is over! Dumbbells will be used to ramp up the intensity for a total-body workout each week. High and low impact options will be provided with progressions to meet all fitness levels. The class will be recorded and available to all ticket holders, so no missing out!
*This class is recommended for ages 15+. No dance-related exercises will be used during these workouts.
