1) SUMMER WORKOUT COLLECTION — Access from June 1-Sept. 30, 2026!

The SummerWorkoutCollection is designed for everyone and gives you flexible access to workouts you can do anytime, anywhere.  Inside this year’s collection:

  • 50+ cross-training workouts
  • More total workouts than ever before
  • NEW express workouts created just for this year!

From quick 15-minute sessions to full 45-minute workouts, every class includes modifications and progressions so all fitness levels are welcome.  Enjoy unlimited access from June 1 - Sept. 30, 2026.  This is a great option for dancers wanting to maintain strength during the off-season, teachers looking to prioritize their own fitness, and parents who want a realistic and effective way to stay active this summer. 2)  NEW 8-week MetabolicMash-up series - starts June 3rd!
*Wednesday @10am EDT via Zoom

Boost your metabolism and ignite your fitness with this dynamic, results-driven workout! This workout blends strength training, power moves, and high-energy intervals to keep your body burning calories long after you’re done. We’ll use dumbbells to crank up the intensity for a total-body challenge every week, with both high- and low-impact options plus progressions so every fitness level can succeed.

Can’t make it live? No problem—your ticket includes access to the class recordings, so you can sweat it out on your own time.
