Boost your metabolism and ignite your fitness with this dynamic, results-driven workout! Each session blends strength training, power moves, and high-energy intervals to keep your body burning calories long after you’re done. We’ll use dumbbells to crank up the intensity for a total-body challenge every week, with both high- and low-impact options plus progressions so every fitness level can succeed.
Can’t make it live? No problem—your ticket includes access to the class recording so you can sweat it out on your own time.

Dancers and teachers, join us as we head into a slower competition season, making this the ideal time to think about your stamina training plan for 2026. We're going to learn the best ways to build stamina and endurance, without causing overuse injuries from too much hopping and repetition that can come with doing extra-long, marathon dances.
You'll learn at least 3 different ways to improve your stamina that doesn't involve doing an 8-step Fling or 4&1 Sword! How? Here's a hint...bring along your dumbbell weights :) Come ready to move because while there will be an educational portion to this workshop, we'll also go through a sample stamina workshop too.
*Bonus* I'll even share how you can structure your dance practice and training schedule each week and over the course of your year to maximize your stamina results! Also, all ticket holders receive access to the class recording for 30 days.
