2)  FREE MetabolicMash-up workout May 20th!

Boost your metabolism and ignite your fitness with this dynamic, results-driven workout! This workout blends strength training, power moves, and high-energy intervals to keep your body burning calories long after you’re done. We’ll use dumbbells to crank up the intensity for a total-body challenge every week, with both high- and low-impact options plus progressions so every fitness level can succeed.

Can’t make it live? No problem—your FREE ticket includes access to the class recording for 2 weeks, so you can sweat it out on your own time.


2)  NEW Workshop: Dance with more POWER!
Sunday, May 24th @1pm EDT via Zoom

Want sharper extensions, stronger movements, and more explosive elevation? It all comes down to power, but many dancers are training for it the wrong way. In this interactive workshop for teachers and dancers, you’ll learn:

  • The most common mistakes limiting your power
  • How to build explosive strength without increasing injury risk
  • The most efficient, dance-specific methods to improve performance

We’ll cover both low-impact and high-impact training methods using dumbbells and resistance bands, and you’ll come away with a guided power workout you can use at home. *Recommended for dancers ages 11+.  Class recording will be available for all ticket holders for 30 days.
