Each session blends strength training, power moves, and high-energy intervals to keep your body burning calories long after you’re done. We’ll use dumbbells to crank up the intensity for a total-body challenge every week, with both high- and low-impact options plus progressions so every fitness level can succeed.

Ready to step on stage with confidence, focus, and energy? This 3-hour virtual workshop is designed exclusively for adult highland dancers who want to elevate their competition performance through a balance of mental and physical preparation.

You’ll learn practical strategies to:

  • Build mental resilience and stay grounded under pressure 

  • Improve body awareness for stronger, more controlled dancing

  • Boost confidence when it matters most

  • Implement effective warm-up and cool-down techniques to optimize readiness, reduce injury risk, and enhance recovery

By the end, you’ll have a toolbox of mind-body techniques to help you feel prepared, confident, and capable of performing your best during both single-day and multi-day competition events. *Recording available for 60 days to all ticket holders.
