Boost your metabolism and ignite your fitness with this dynamic, results-driven workout! Each session blends strength training, power moves, and high-energy intervals to keep your body burning calories long after you’re done. We’ll use dumbbells to crank up the intensity for a total-body challenge every week, with both high- and low-impact options plus progressions so every fitness level can succeed.

Can’t make it live? No problem—your ticket includes access to the class recording so you can sweat it out on your own time.

Ready to step on stage with confidence, focus, and energy? This online workshop is designed exclusively for adult highland dancers who want to elevate their competition performance through a balance of mental and physical preparation.

You’ll learn practical strategies to:

  • Build mental resilience and stay grounded under pressure 

  • Improve body awareness for stronger, more controlled dancing

  • Boost confidence when it matters most

  • Implement effective warm-up and cool-down techniques to optimize readiness, reduce injury risk, and enhance recovery

By the end, you’ll have a toolbox of mind-body techniques to help you feel prepared, confident, and capable of performing your best during both single-day and multi-day competition or performance events. *Recording available for 30 days to all ticket holders
