Welcome to Fit for Reel's cross-training classes! Check out below what classes and workshops are coming up:
Dancers, teachers, and parents, keep your fitness level progressing over the summer months with access to over 50 different previously recorded cross-training classes! Classes include: Strength & Stamina, Quick Burn Workouts, Core Pilates, 3x Strong, Lovin' Leg Day Workout...and even a few surprise specialty classes thrown in :)
Workouts will range from express 15-minute workouts to full 45-minute workouts...all with modifications and progressions to allow for participants of all fitness levels to join in the fun! You'll have unlimited access to all these workouts in this library from June 1, 2025 - Sept. 30, 2025.
Wednesdays @10am EDT - first class starts July 9th
Get ready to push your limits and build strength in this high-energy group workout! This class combines resistance training with heart-pumping interval bursts to boost metabolism, build lean muscle, and improve overall endurance. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, free weights, and functional movements, all delivered in a motivating team environment. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, modifications are available to meet you where you are. Come ready to sweat, challenge yourself, and leave feeling stronger every time! The class will be recorded and available to all ticket holders, so no missing out!
