Ready to build stronger, more powerful points and half-points? Join this hands-on workshop designed for dancers and teachers who want to keep feet strong, resilient, and performance-ready!

We’ll dive into how to strengthen and stretch your ankles, arches, and toes so you can dance with greater control, power, and precision—without pain or injury holding you back.  Learn specific exercises to improve your half-points and full points you can do on your own.

Bring a resistance band and a small massage ball (a tennis or lacrosse ball works perfectly!) and get ready to learn effective training techniques to build your foot strength from the ground up.

Recommended for ages 10+
