Get ready to fire up your core!  We'll target key muscles to improve trunk, shoulder and hip stabilization, and develop long, lean muscles and improve flexibility and core strength.  This workout is ideal for dancers and non-dancers alike!  (recommended for ages 13+)

*Bring a mat and come barefooted!
